These Terms & Conditions apply when you use booply.co.uk or place an order with Booply. Please read them before ordering.
1. About Booply
Booply is a UK pet-products business operated by Patryk Sudra. You can contact us at contact@booply.co.uk. We will provide any legally required business and correspondence details in your order documentation.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed before you place the order. Payment is taken using the payment method selected at checkout.
4. Placing an order
When you select the final payment button, you are making an offer to buy. We will acknowledge your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, whichever happens first. Please check your order details and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated times and charges are shown at checkout. Unless another timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods.
6. Cancelling an online order
Consumers normally have 14 days from receiving goods to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Some exceptions apply, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and personalised products. 7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your statutory rights are not affected. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where helpful. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
8. Product safety and pet supervision
Always follow product instructions and choose products appropriate for your pet’s size, age and behaviour. Unless a product is expressly described as suitable for unsupervised use, supervise your pet and remove the product if it becomes damaged. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have additional terms, expiry dates or eligibility requirements. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined, or applied retrospectively.
10. Website use
You may use this website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Site content, branding and original materials belong to Booply or their respective licensors and must not be copied or exploited without permission.
11. Personal information
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available where they live.
